Here's a taste of what you're about to get…
DAY 1: The Finger Gym
We are starting out with one of my favorite daily exercises. I like to call it the "finger gym", because it feels like I'm lifting weights with my fingers! It is designed to dramatically enhance your finger independence and strength.
DAY 2: The Chord Switching Game
I created this game for the purpose of helping to improve your chord switching. It is designed to have you constantly maneuvering in and out of your essential 15 open chords. One of the biggest advantages of this game is that you don't stuck in the same patterns, it changes each time you play the game. Make sure to follow along with the PDF instruction sheet on this one. 
DAY 3: The Pentatonic Scale
You have to become familiar with this shape! This is the #1 most commonly used scale to play or create guitar solos from. Running and memorizing this scale shape is a must.
DAY 4: The Chromatic Mix Up Drill
This drill with have your fingers dancing all around the frets. It is the ultimate dexterity exercise for all your fingers. It is also a terrific alternate picking drill for your right hand.  
DAY 5: Twisting Up The Chord Switching Game
Continuing with the chord switching game. We begin to enhance it by adding a strumming pattern to it.  The purpose of this drill is to ensure you are able to keep a steady rhythm and strumming pattern while switching through the essential chords. 
DAY 6: Box 2 Minor Pentatonic Scale Drill
The pentatonic is the most common scale in popular music. It has 5 positions that link together like a puzzle pieces. In order to play or create solos all over the guitar neck. You have to master all 5 positions. This drill works on Box 2. 
DAY 7: Fretboard Theory
The guitar is your instrument, so knowing how the fretboard is laid out is critical. It's easy to just use a number system counting frets, but to truly understand the relationship between music and the guitar, you have to learn the notes on the fretboard.
DAY 8: Finger Gym #2
This is an extension of Finger Gym #1. It takes finger independence to another level. With this drill you are moving two fingers at once, in opposite directions. 
DAY 9: Changing up the "Home Chord"
Continuing with the chord switching game. We switch out the "Home Chord". I also added a new strumming pattern while switching through the essential chords.
DAY 10: Box 3 Minor Pentatonic Scale Drill
This introduces position 3 of the 5 pentatonic positions that link together like scale puzzle pieces. In order to play or create solos all over the guitar neck. You have to master all 5 positions. 
DAY 11: Fretboard Theory
To understand the relationship between music and the guitar, you have to learn and memorize the notes on the fretboard. In this lesson, you are going to locate the "A note" on each string.
DAY 12: Building Your Hammer-On Technique
The hammer-on, or "legato" style playing technique is critical to any guitar player. Using the technique not only can add speed and efficiency to your playing, but also helps to create a fluid sound. This drill introduce or improve your overall Hammer-Ons. 
DAY 13: Stepping up your chord swtiching speed
We begin to enhance the chord switching game by adding the accountability of a metronome. The purpose of this drill is help speed up your switching through the essential chords. Adding a metronome begins to influence you to make your switches faster.
DAY 14: Box 4 Minor Pentatonic Scale Drill
This introduces position 4 of the 5 pentatonic positions that link together like scale puzzle pieces. In order to play or create solos all over the guitar neck. You have to master all 5 positions.
DAY 15: Fretboard Theory
To understand the relationship between music and the guitar, you have to learn and memorize the notes on the fretboard. In this drill, you are going to locate the "D note" on each string.
DAY 16: Building your Pull-Off Technique
The Pull Off is another "legato" style playing technique is critical to any guitar player. Using the technique not only can add speed and efficiency to your playing, but also helps to create a fluid sound. This drill introduce or improve your overall Pull-Offs.
DAY 17: Adding strumming to the Chord Switching Game
Continuing with the chord switching game by adding the accountability of a metronome and strumming quarter notes. The purpose of this drill is help speed up your switching through the essential chords. Adding a metronome begins to influence you to make your switches faster and the strums bring more movements to the game.
DAY 18: Box 5 Minor Pentatonic Scale Drill
This introduces the final position of the 5 pentatonic positions that link together like scale puzzle pieces. In order to play or create solos all over the guitar neck. You have to master all 5 positions.
DAY 19: Fretboard Theory and Mastery
To understand the relationship between music and the guitar, you have to learn and memorize the notes on the fretboard. In this drill, you are going to locate the "G note" on each string.
DAY 20: Improving the accuracy of the Sliding Technique
"Sliding" into a note makes a smoother transition and adds style to your playing. It is a technique you hear often with guitar players. This drill will enhance your ability to slide with different fingers and distances. 
DAY 21:  Leveling up the Chord Game with a "Barre Chord"
The chord game helps to improve your mastery of switching in and out of 15 essential open chords, however this round I add a barre chord as the "home" chord. Barre chords are chords where you use one finger to hold down multiple strings.
DAY 22: Applying your scale to a musical guitar lick
It's important to master and memorize scale shapes and patterns. However, the reason for this is to create musical phrases and licks. This lesson will teach you a lick that applies your scales and techniques.
DAY 23: More Fretboard Mastery
To understand the relationship between music and the guitar, you have to learn and memorize the notes on the fretboard. In this drill, you are going to locate the "B note" on each string.
DAY 24: Right hand finger picking drill
Finger style playing or Fingerpicking is a widely used technique for guitar. It has multiple notes moving in various directions, which is something you cant typically do with a pick in your hand. This drill runs a chord progression using the "Travis Picking" pattern.  
DAY 25: Chord switching game with finger style 
We are continuing to improve your mastery of switching in and out of 15 essential open chords. This lesson, you will pick any home chord and add the difficulty of doing a travis picking pattern for each chord.  
DAY 26: Having a "Blues Turnaround" always ready
Improvisation with scales seems like random selection of notes in any order to make music. However, there's also the preparation of particular moments in a song to ensure you land on your feet. The blues turnaround is a essential section to be ready for. This lesson gives you a classic turnaround to always insert.  
DAY 27: Fretboard Mastery with Sharps
To understand the relationship between music and the guitar, you have to learn and memorize the notes on the fretboard. In this drill, you are going to locate the "F# (sharp)" on each string.
DAY 28: Triplet Rhythm Position Climbing
Another favorite drill of mine, the Triplet Position Climb. In many instances you will be wanting to climb vertically on the neck. This exercise helps prepare you to climb correctly and efficiently.
DAY 29: 12 Bar Blues Progression
The 12 bar blues progression is a must-know order of chords. It is the heartbeat and foundation of most blues songs. Also, the best progression for a fun jam session.  
DAY 30: FINAL DAY!
This final day of the challenge gives a musical mix up pattern of all of your pentatonic boxes. Connecting them smoothly is the ultimate goal and covers most of the sonic space on the guitar.
